There are several resources out there for getting more of a certain coupon. I have only tried one, and I had success, so I will probably stick with it. Ebay has tons of dealers that have coupons sorted, clipped and ready to send, usually in quantities of 10 or 20. You can bid on them for as low as $.99 or choose to Buy It Now and not have to wait for the auction to end. This method is a little more expensive, but considering they have to have time to ship them to me, I would rather go with this option.
The other thing I like about Ebay is the Buyers Protection, if something goes wrong or the seller does something wrong, you get reimbursed and Ebay handles the problem. Also you can decide which seller to use based on their rating from previous buyers. 98% or better is a good rule of thumb.
The first thing to note about buying extra coupons is that it is not legal to buy or sell coupons, period. You are not paying for the coupons themselves you are paying for the service and handling of the coupons. The people you are getting them from gather them in large quantities, probably through deals with the papers in their area, and then they separate, cut and send them to you. This is perfectly legal.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Be sure you are getting a newspaper insert, manufacturer coupon, don't buy Internet coupons.
- There should be a picture with the coupon, make sure it is the right one, you will probably have one to go off of in your binder.
- Check the expiration date, you don't want to get a coupon that will expire before you can use it.
- Watch shipping/ postage rates. The determining factor for me on my last purchase was the estimated arrival date and the cost to ship them.
