I am a working wife, homeschooling mother of 2 awesome children, couponer, blogger and lover of God. Like everyone else we live on a tight budget and couponing is what keeps food on the table. And in case you hadn't guessed we live on what we call "the farm." With two chocolate labs and several roaming chickens. Helping others is important to me, and this is the best way I know how. I hope that this blog helps someone in some way.

Newspaper Issues - Missing Inserts
After some investigating, it has been determined that we have to change up our paper choices. This is so unfortunate as I have always been a fan of the SW Times because they always had the best coupons and their paper was the least expensive. However, they have been eliminated from the Smart Source circulation. I spoke with the Arkansas Democrat Gazette and they will carry the Smart Source and P&G but not the Red Plum. So you will either have to buy the same amount of each on Sunday's with Red Plum inserts or drive to OK and get the Muskogee Phoenix which carries them all. I am not sure on the price of the Democrat Gazette, but I know the Muskogee Phoenix is $2.00. So if you are having to pay for the SW Times which is $1.00 and the Democrat Gazette if it is $1.00, then it might be more worth your while to just buy both of those. I am not positive, but I think that they have the Muskogee Phoenix in Roland, but I know they have it in Muldrow.
This is a set back, but please don't let it discourage you all together. You have to look at the minor inconvenience compared to the end savings.
